Before we tell you all about the exciting upcoming Halloween events right here at Arreton Barns we first we have to remind you that this month sees the annual Beer and Buses weekend return for a whole weekend of real ales. Be sure to head to The Dairyman’s Daughter – our on site traditional pub which will be participating in the weekend’s shenanigans. The Famous Farmer Jack’s Pumpkin Weigh-in
Saturday 26th October | From 12noon
Free to enter
Head to Arreton Barns for 12noon on Saturday 26th October for the Famous Farmer Jack’s Pumpkin Weigh-in. It’s free to enter with no pre-registration necessary simply bring along your prize pumpkin. Enter the competition or just pop along to watch who will be named king of the pumpkin patch.
29th, 30th & 31st October
Keep the kids entertained this October half term and have a fang-tastic Halloween at Arreton Barns. Three whole days of spooky antics including; pumpkin carving, arts and crafts, ghost walks, a Halloween treasure trail and even a monster mash party where the little ones can dress up in their favourite Halloween costumes and dance to Thriller. Bonfire and Firework Night
1st November | Entertainment from 6:30pm | Firework procession from 7:15pm
Tickets: £4 per person
The annual Bonfire and Firework Night is always a popular feature in the Arreton Barns events calendar. Grab your hats, scarves and gloves and experience an evening of autumnal fun as the bonfire is lit and the fireworks take to the sky. For more information click here.
